DAVAO DEL NORTE, Oct. 6 (PIA) – Within the past 6 years, the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) – Davao Del Norte focused on alleviating indigenous people’s (IPs) lives by helping them cultivate and protect their ancestral domains as it has been the mandate of President Rodrigo R.
