DAVAO CITY- Sustainable Communication is the new trend of thinking that government communicators have to take on, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Marfori Andanar (SMMA) says. During his recent Davao Region provincial online radio guesting sortie, PCCO Secretary Andanar pitched for help of fellow media practitioners both in government and private practice to advance his “sustainable communication” advocacy. “We keep on talking about sustainable agriculture, sustainable energy, sustainable lifestyle, sustainable marine diversity, sustainable development but we fail to talk about sustainable communication,” Andanar said in an interview with radio anchor Arnel Malindog over Radyo Rapido Mati (Davao Oriental), Aksyon Barangay radio program.
