Maragusan finds opportunities amidst pandemic

DAVAO DE ORO, February 16 (PIA) - - Although the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has disturbed the lives of the people, Maragusan still finds blessings amidst the pandemic. Maragusan Mayor Maricel Colina-Vendiola revealed during the Network Briefing News that the town was made even more popular during the pandemic because of its vegetables, and tourism sites. “During the pandemic, aside from tourism , naging known din po kami as basket of high-valued vegetables,” Mayor Vendiola said. Internet services to get better in Maragusan

DAVAO DE ORO, February 16 (PIA) - - Major telecommunications companies will be providing better internet services in Maragusan soon. Maragusan Mayor Maricel Colina-Vendiola revealed during the Network Briefing News that Smart and Globe telecommunications companies have expressed plans of improving their services in the town. The chief executive bared that she received a letter from Smart Telecommunications stating that they will partner with the Northern Davao Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NORDECO) to utilize the electric posts for their ‘wired’ connections.
