DAVAO DEL NORTE, Mar. 3 (PIA) -- The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XI recently launched the Livelihood Start-up Project in Davao Del Norte to give new job opportunities to workers and jobless residents displaced by the pandemic. With the theme "Umpisang Pagbangon, Proyektong Pangkabuhayan ang Tugon,” the activity aimed at gathering the various industries, tripartite councils, non-government organizations, private and public institutions to come up with innovations in providing sustainable livelihood programs for the people.
