Retired basketball star Peter Jun Simon registers as a voter at the ADDU satellite registration site DAVAO CITY, Oct. 26 (PIA)- The satellite voter registration site at the Ateneo de Davao University had about 807 registrants coming from the three districts in Davao City. The one-day voters registration held Saturday (Oct 23) was organized in response to the request of the Mindanao Consortium of Ateneos (MCA) or the Ateneo schools in Mindanao to the Commission of Elections to open more satellite registration centers for voters who would want to register amid the October 30 deadline. The schools also volunteered to have their campuses as satellite voting centers, which Comelec positively responded.
