DAVAO CITY, November 16 (PIA)— The operation of the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal has returned to 24 hours following the placement of Davao City to alert level II. Aisa Yusop, general manager of the DCOTT the terminal started its 24-hour operation yesterday with the Rural Transit catering to passengers bound for cities of Butuan and Ormoc, with trips set at 10, 11, 1 am, and at 3:00 am. She said that the Mindanao Star which caters passengers bound for the cities of General Santos and Koronadal commenced its trips from 10 to 3:00 a.m. Yusop said that Mindanao Star which also caters to passengers bound for Cotabato City commenced its 24-hour operation from 1:00 am to 3:00 am. “Only 27 trips had been activated with the resumption of the trips at one-hour interval due to the limited number of passengers,” she said.
