DAVAO DE ORO, February 14 (PIA) - - Police, and a youth group in Davao de Oro distributed flowers and chocolates earlier today, February 14, in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Police personnel from the Davao de Oro Provincial Police Office, and its different municipal stations handed out flowers to women in the province today. Some police personnel in the towns did it at the checkpoints; while some wandered and distributed them in terminals, public markets, and villages.   According to their page, the police honor the great contribution of the women in society by providing smiles, and enjoyment this heart’s day. Meanwhile, the Youth for Peace Movement (YFPM) New Bataan Chapter gave out chocolates to the front-line troops, and workers as tokens of appreciation for their invaluable and excellent assistance and service to the country.
