Cualoping III said while projecting the possibility that “terror” may again reign should there be a shift to policy approach to peace and order. Guesting at the latest edition of One Davao Presser, Cualoping said “peace may not prosper” and the gains reaped in ending the 5-decade insurgency problem “may go to waste if the next president will not continue the program.” “It is true that the idea of ending local communist armed conflict is one of the greatest legacies of President Duterte.
