DAVAO DEL NORTE, Feb. 22 (PIA) -- A total of 14 persons who used drugs (PWUDs) graduated from the Katawhan Kontra Droga sa Komunidad (KKDK) Program of the Provincial Government of Davao Del Norte, a community-based rehabilitation process for people convicted of pushing or using illegal drugs. After the first batch of 25 drug reformists who graduated from the KKDK Program last year, 14 individuals finished their rehabilitation process at the Balay Silangan Reformation Center as the second batch of graduates from the said program. These 14 drug reformists are those convicted of drug use or selling whose request for a plea bargaining agreement was approved by their respective trial courts.
