DAVAO DEL NORTE, 21 Jan (PIA)— Tagum City-based Rotary Clubs and Tagum Coop recently pooled together their resources to haul PhP2 million worth of assorted assistance to Typhoon Odette victims in Surigao City. In a report posted online by the Rotary Club of Tagum Golden L.A.C.E.S (Ladies in Action Committed to Effective Service), two-winged vans hauled relief packs of rice canned goods, noodles, mineral waters, tarpaulins and blankets. Rotary Club of Tagum North also formed part of Tagum City-based Rotarians involved in the relief distribution. Conducted early January 2022, the Tagum Coop and Rotary Club outreach benefited 2,850 families in 14 barangays of Surigao City.
