In 2019 the film festival had its cinema screening at the newly built Cinematheque Nabunturan which was constructed by the Film Development Council of the Philippines.

The COVID-19 pandemic forced the organizers to go online. Where it was streamed over the Facebook page of Nabifilmex and was also shown at the website of the Nabunturan Municipality.
