So this is currently Davao Del Norte's mega-project flyover),” the Governor said.

Congressman Pantaleon D. Alvarez of the 1st District of Davao Del Norte and Jubahib expressed their gratitude to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for approving the budget of the said flyover.

I would also like to thank President Rodrigo Duterte for approving the budget for this project when I was still the speaker of congress),” Alvarez' said.
